Spark Learning Center reimagines middle school with a hybrid model designed around flexibility, relationships, and students' individual needs.

Applications for fall 2026 enrollment will open on November 1st. The application period is open from November 1 to March 31. The lottery will be held on April 14th, 2026.

Spark Learning Center, a new hybrid learning school, will open next fall in Swannanoa. The new school will operate under the umbrella of ArtSpace Charter School.

The North Carolina Charter School Review Board (CSRB) approves Spark Learning Center with an opening in August of 2026 and a 5 year charter.
